scotland: the literary pub tour

On the Edinburgh Literary Pub Tour , we met with Clart and McBrain who took us from pub to pub, through closes and courtyards, painting the lives of Fergusson, Burns, Scott, and Stevenson while debating the importance of the pub atmosphere and alcohol in the works they produced. Clart warmed the cool May evening air singing his sweet rendition of Ae Fond Kiss. He said “This song was written in seventeen ninety-one but I’m going to sing it in three four cause it’ll be much easier”.
