It's not "D'asses", it's <i>CoqueD'asses</i>! Literally minutes of hilarity have been derived at work and at the kommune from passing around firm, white coque d'asses and sweet, chocolately coque d'asses. Okay, so maybe it's just funny if you're really juvenile. But I cheerfully am. Also, I probably just made your G-rated blog a solid PG-13.
